MGJ supports people from around the world to make appointments and receive medical care at clinics in Japan with peace of mind. Our target users are those who feel hesitant to visit Japanese medical clinics due to cultural and language differences. MGJ acts as a bridge between users with different cultures and languages and Japanese clinics, reducing the stress of making appointments and visits to clinics in Japan. Users can use the service for free.

Only 3 steps to receive treatment

STEP 1

Make a clinic reservation

Select a clinic that suits your purpose.

Enter the necessary information in the reservation form on the clinic page and submit it.

You will receive a temporary reservation completion email from the clinic in about one business day.

Adjust the schedule if necessary.

STEP 2

Pay the deposit

Check the payment information stated in the temporary reservation completion email and pay the deposit.

Once the payment of the deposit is confirmed, the final reservation completion email will be sent.

The reservation will be completed upon receipt of the final reservation completion email.

STEP 3

Visit the clinic

Go to the clinic according to the date and time of the final reservation and present the reservation email at the reception.

Then, follow the clinic’s guidance and receive treatment.

If the payment exceeds the deposit amount, please follow the clinic’s guidance for payment.

Q&A

A. We will provide examinations, consultations, and treatments within the range of the deposit amount. However, depending on the results of the examination or consultation, we may suggest additional examinations or treatments at an additional cost. If you agree to the additional proposal, please pay the additional fee at the clinic on the same day.

A. Please bring the following items with you when you visit the clinic:

  • Confirmation email of your reservation
  • Passport
  • Japanese yen or credit card for payment
  • Japanese National Health Insurance card (if you have one)

A. No, you do not need to pay a deposit if you have Japanese National Health Insurance. Please pay directly at the clinic.

A. Please contact us through the contact information or LINE account provided in your reservation email to change or cancel your reservation. If you have already paid the deposit and need to cancel your reservation, we will handle it according to our cancellation policy.

A. We provide a clinic visit support service, including interpreters, free of charge for our customers. For details on the service, such as available hours and languages, please contact us through our LINE account.
